Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date.

  • Refunds are only available if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or viewed.

Non-Refundable Conditions

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • You have accessed or viewed more than 10% of the DROPTOP course content.

  • The refund request is made after 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • There is evidence of abuse, sharing, or misuse of the course content.

Digital Product Disclaimer

DROPTOP is a digital educational product. Once access is granted and a significant portion of the content is consumed, the product is considered delivered and non-refundable.

  • The email used for purchase

  • Proof of purchase

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
